Simon brings more than 25 years of operations and change leadership across professional services, technology, and global consulting. He started his career building online financial services at UBS Warburg, Coutts, and Fimatex, then spent nearly a decade at Clifford Chance leading its global IT and directing large-scale change programmes.
He held senior operations and change roles at KPMG and served as COO of VML Commerce, where he used AI to make staffing faster and more accurate — improving how quickly teams could serve clients by 40% and increasing profit margins from 10% to 15%.
Simon created the Accelerated Value Transformation framework — the foundation of the Morphis approach — through 25 years of hands-on delivery with organisations going through significant operations and business change.

Mike has spent more than three decades at the intersection of law, technology, and commercial innovation. He designed one of the world's first significant online legal services for Linklaters, and has shaped a variety of new legal services models aimed at private consumers through to insurers and major investment banks.
Following nearly a decade at Clifford Chance leading global applications and online services, he drove a complete technology overhaul at Kennedys as Director of IT, before co-founding Kennedys IQ — spinning out an AI-driven insurtech platform that achieved 500% revenue growth under his leadership.
Mike brings a rare combination of pioneering legal technology heritage, Magic Circle experience, and proven success building and scaling new businesses within professional services.
